Some businesses need the website to do a job, not just describe one. I build bespoke web functionality for businesses across the Fylde Coast, Lancashire and beyond — usually to remove a manual process that has outgrown email and spreadsheets.

Process
Scope first, build second.
These projects start with the process you actually run today: who does what, where it breaks and what a good outcome looks like. From that I produce a scope and a fixed quote for a first useful version, rather than an open-ended build.
Work is delivered in stages you can see and use, so decisions are made against something real. Later phases are quoted separately once the first one is earning its keep.
